Effective Date: May 25, 2026
These Terms of Use represent a binding legal contract between you, either individually or on behalf of an organization ("you", "Client", or "Restaurant"), and ORDERE UK Limited, trading as ORDERE ("ORDERE", "we", "us", or "our"). This agreement governs your use of and access to our website (ORDERE.CO.UK), along with our digital tools, restaurant application interfaces, and online ordering solutions (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").
ORDERE UK Limited is a registered company in England and Wales (Company Number: 11664688) with its primary office located at Victory Business Centre, Somers Road North, Portsmouth, UK PO1 1PJ.
By accessing or utilizing our Platform, you verify that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to all conditions described in these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use our Services and must stop using the Platform immediately.
ORDERE delivers a dedicated, commission-free digital ordering platform and marketing toolkit built for food establishments, takeaways, and restaurants. Our platform offers website creation, virtual menu customisation, order processing tools, user analytics, notification services, and connection utilities for secure credit and debit card processors.
Use of our online ordering Platform requires an active subscription, billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly schedule, as determined by your signed Service Agreement.
Billing Notice: Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (such as under a specific promotional trial), all subscription fees paid to ORDERE are non-refundable.
You are required to supply us with up-to-date and accurate billing records, including your registered business name, primary email address, phone contact, and valid payment instrument details. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient funds or valid credentials to ensure successful billing cycles.
In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to restrict or disable your restaurant's access to the Platform. Restoring access to a suspended account may incur a reactivation charge to cover administration.
If you decide to cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of a fixed-term contract, you may be subject to an early cancellation fee as outlined in your specific Service Agreement.
To use our online ordering features, you must register for and maintain a secure business account. You assume full responsibility for protecting your login credentials and for all transactions or settings adjusted under your account dashboard.
You must immediately contact our support team at cs@ordere.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorized entry or security compromise related to your credentials.
Except where explicitly noted, all components of the Platform and Services—including the code, database configurations, system functions, user interface designs, media elements, and text—remain the exclusive property of ORDERE UK Limited. These works are protected under the intellectual property regulations of the United Kingdom and global copyright treaties.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our systems solely for the purpose of operating your own online ordering channel. You are not permitted to clone, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to acquire the source code of any ORDERE systems or software applications.
We provide our Platform and ordering services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORDERE UK Limited excludes all warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, including those concerning performance, uptime, security, or merchantability. We cannot guarantee that our software will operate without interruption, lag, or security incidents.
Under no circumstances will ORDERE UK Limited, its officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses—including lost business profits, operational downtime, reputational damage, or loss of transactional data—resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Should you decide to terminate your ORDERE subscription, you must submit a formal cancellation request in writing to cs@ordere.co.uk. A support team member will contact you to confirm the cancellation details and close out any remaining billing requirements.
Any billing discrepancy or invoice dispute must be submitted to us within thirty (30) calendar days of the disputed billing event.
This agreement, along with any relationship established under it, is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales to resolve any legal dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Platform.
