Delete your account

Use this form to ask us to delete your ORDERE account and the data associated with it. This applies to the ORDERE merchant app (com.ordere.merchant) and your ORDERE account on our platform.

Use the email address on the account, so we can identify it.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials.
  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • Device records held so the app can receive order notifications, including the device identifier and push token.
  • Your saved delivery addresses.

What we have to keep

Completed order and payment records are kept for up to 6 years, because UK tax and accounting law requires it. These are retained as financial records and are not used to contact you.

How long it takes

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. We may email you first to confirm the account is yours.
